So sorry, my friends, no red pickles to show you and no tropical pickles to eat.
A week after they were sitting in the bright red solution, the liquid was cloudy and the pickles were shrivled.
T'weren't none too purty!
Joshua -- our resident pickle connoisseur -- did have a neat quote about the whole pickle thing in general when we were getting ready to eat cucumbers the other day.
"Hey, we're eating unpickled pickles!"
